Scheduled Closures Of BDS Pharmacies For Stocktaking
The public is advised that polyclinic and outpatient clinics’ pharmacies, operating under the aegis of the Barbados Drug Service (BDS), will be closed as listed in the following schedule from February 12 to March 5, 2025, to facilitate the annual stocktaking exercise.
- February 12 – St. Joseph Outpatient Clinic Pharmacy
- February 13 – David Thompson Health & Social Services Complex
- February 14 – Maurice Byer Polyclinic Pharmacy
- February 17 – Edgar Cochrane Polyclinic Pharmacy
- February 18 – St. Andrew Outpatient Clinic Pharmacy
- February 19 – Frederick “Freddie” Miller Polyclinic Pharmacy
- February 20 – Ladymeade Reference Unit Pharmacy
- February 21 – Randal Phillips Polyclinic Pharmacy
- February 24 – Branford Taitt Polyclinic Pharmacy
- February 25 – Psychiatric Hospital Pharmacy
- February 26 – St. Philip Polyclinic Pharmacy
- February 27 – St. Philip District Hospital Pharmacy
- February 28 – Eunice Gibson Polyclinic Pharmacy
- March 3 & 4 – Winston Scott Polyclinic Pharmacy
- March 5 – Geriatric Hospital Pharmacy
All other polyclinic services will operate on the normal schedule. Provision will be made to handle any emergency requests during the stocktaking exercise.
